Happy Friday! If you’re looking for a short story to start your weekend, I’ve got one for you — “Seattle” has just been published in Defuncted, which calls itself “A Collection of Abandoned Things.” This piece originally appeared in The East Bay Review in 2017 but then that website crashed (or something) and it went away. But thanks to Defuncted, it’s back again — and while it’s self-contained, at some point it might find its way into a longer piece I’m working on!
