My short story, “Bumps,” which first appeared in 2 Elizabeths last year, has just been republished in the Fall 2017 issue of Razor Lit Mag as a finalist in the Fiction Open Contest. Check it out – the layout of this magazine is great, as are the other stories! – along with the “Behind the Razor” feature that follows, where I provide some insight into what inspired me to write this piece, another in my collection of “Sadie Stories.”

“Seattle” is live now in the Summer 2017 issue of The East Bay Review. This is an excerpt from my recently completed novel. It comes at a point in the story where our protagonist begins to suspect that all is not how it seems with the corner office partner who has taken him under his wing. From there, everything slowly begins to unravel for him. Enjoy!
