I’m sad to report that my publisher, BHC Press, has closed its doors–an unfortunate result of some stiff competition in the publishing industry–and THE THING ABOUT MY UNCLE is going out of print. However, as Uncle Theo would tell Rhett, “we’ll figure this out, bud”–and I have. If you’re local to Kentucky, you can still find it at some of my favorite bookstores: Broadway Books in Ashland, Joseph-Beth in Lexington, and both locations of Carmichael’s in Louisville. And I’ve ordered the last batch from BHC, and you will soon be able to buy signed copies from my website (just use the Contact form to let me know you’re interested). Finally, I have plans to publish a second edition of this book, with a cool, new cover–so stay tuned for more details on that!
